Who is Modus Dialer for?

Sales teams, agencies and freelancers calling businesses in the US and Canada. You can work from anywhere with a laptop, Chrome or Edge, a headset and a steady internet connection.

What uses minutes?

Talk time on calls you make and callbacks you answer, rounded up to the next minute per call. Calls nobody picks up, and voicemails left for you, don't use minutes.

Do unused minutes roll over?

No. Your plan's minutes refresh on your billing date each month, and unused minutes don't carry over. If you need more, switch to a bigger plan from your account; it takes effect on your next billing date.

Do I get my own US number?

Yes. You pick it at checkout from the numbers available in the area code or city you want. It's $3 a month and it's yours for as long as you keep your subscription.

Which countries can I call?

The United States and Canada. Other countries and premium-rate numbers are blocked.

Can I send text messages?

Not yet. Business texting to US numbers needs carrier registration first, and we'll add it once that's in place.

Who is responsible for calling rules?

You are. The dialer helps with calling hours, a do-not-call list and a recording notice, but you need to follow US and Canadian telemarketing laws for the people you call. See our Terms.

Can I cancel or get a refund?

Cancel anytime from your account; you keep calling until the end of the month you paid for. New customers can get a full refund within 7 days if they've used fewer than 30 minutes. Details are in our refund policy.
